US Office Staff
Harvest’s U.S. team is based in Phoenix, Arizona. These people play a critical role supporting our international staff by coordinating financial support and administration, guiding field staff and ministry operations, and developing teaching materials.
Bob and Judy Moffitt
Since their marriage in 1968 Bob and Judy Moffitt have been partners in serving the Lord. Bob has worked to develop and direct organizations that encourage disciples of Jesus to demonstrate God's love, espec ially to broken people and their communities. Judy’s role in Bob's ministry has been to support him as encourager, friend, wife, mother and hostess. Bob writes, mentors emerging leaders, and teaches curricula that enable local churches and individual followers of Jesus to live out their faith in practical terms. Bob founded Harvest, a division of the Harvest Foundation, in 1981 and has served as president of the organization since. He is co-founder of Disciple Nations Alliance (DNA), which was begun as a partnership with Food for the Hungry International in 1997.

Keith and Ann Edwards
Originally from England then Canada, Keith and Ann moved from California to join Harvest in 2003.
Cleiton and Elly Oliveira
Cleiton and Elly Oliveira joined Harvest in 2000. Their primary work has been in church leadership training, but they are also involved in the areas of administration and publications. In 2007 they made a transition from their ministry base in Brazil to Phoenix to help with the staff needs in the US office. Elly provides field administration and systems design for the headquartersoffice. Cleiton oversees the work in Brazil and neighboring countries in the Amazon region.
Ronnie Roldan
Ronnie was born and raised in the Philippines. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Marine Fisheries. If the Lord God had told him back in college that he would be assisting a group of fishers of men in the Sonoran Desert, he might have answered back like that character in the story: "Is there anybody else who can guide me out there?" The Lord works in humorous ways sometimes.
Ronnie first worked with Harvest as a volunteer back in 1997. He now serves full-time as the administrative assistant in the office. More often than not, it will be his voice that you hear when you call the Harvest offic e. He will also be taking over most of the work in the areas o f publication and property management.
Brian Gammill
Brian Gammill has been with Harvest since 2000. He and his wife, Sarah lived in India until 2002 when they moved to Arizona. Since that time Brian has been remained involved in mentoring and training leaders in India as well as helping to develop Harvest publications worldwide. Since 2005, Brian has worked bi-vocationally with Harvest and Best Approach Publications, overseeing a publications office in India that does work for both organizations. In 2009, Brian started a research program with Trinity Evangelical Divinity School, working toward a Ph.D. in Educational Studies. Sarah has served with Food for the Hungry since 2003 and currently serves as manager of learning and staff development. Brian and Sarah have three children: Natalie, Rachel and Wesley.
